613 Logistics and Management LLC. is looking to add experienced Epic Go-Live Support Consultants to join our growing team. As an Epic Go-Live Support consultant, you’ll provide guidance to physicians, nurses, and other clinical and non-clinical users as our client’s new EMR system is activated. For our client’s users, you will be providing immediate at the elbow Epic system support as they take on patient care within their healthcare system, providing you the opportunity to build the end user’s confidence as they transition to Epic and assist them in positively impacting patient care. These projects are located throughout the United States.
 

Role Description –


  • Review necessary Client-specific materials made available
  • Participate in orientation training specific to the Client’s environment
  • Assist front desk staff, clinicians, and physicians in the use of the Epic software
  • Identify and document any issues with such software
  • Provide high-priority responses to critical issues
  • Document-level of clinical satisfaction and adoption as directed by the Client


Experience – Previous Epic ATE support strongly preferred
 

Travel – Must be willing to travel, including overnight, as the project schedule dictates. Projects are nationwide. Travel expenses will be reimbursed.
